The beginning!

I am not a stranger to exercise and fitness, but it’s been quite some time since I engaged on any kind of regular basis.  I am 45, not in terrible shape, but most certainly not in good shape.  I’m not overweight, (in fact, I could stand a few more pounds), but I’m just not toned anymore, things are just not tight anymore, and I have what my kids call a “ten speed tire” going around my waist!  Not awesome… it’s definitely time to get busy!
